EDF-T teams in London optimize EDF Group offers.

  • Expanding the network
EDF sales and marketing forces are being set up throughout Europe.

  • Joining forces
The Large Customers Division works to anticipate and respond effectively to therequirements of European customers through multi-energy or service entities such as Dalkia and EDF affiliate companies throughout Europe.

  • Acting local
The International and European Divisions co-ordinate EDF Group affiliate companies worldwide. The affiliates provide offers and services adapted to the specific needs of all customers at local level.

  • Trading services
EDF-Trading, the Group's trading arm, optimizes sales offers through its multi-energy trading operations.

  • Stepping up international marketing
Along with Dalkia and EDF-Trading, the Marketing Division, created in 2000, will help the group to assess sales and marketing priorities and opportunities for profitable operations.

"Market deregulation will allow EDF to expand its scope of activity by combining its energy and service offers. Our expanded offer should attract new customers in France and abroad.
Though liberalization will affect our status in France, it will also give us access to the 3,000-TWh European energy market, significantly larger than the 450-TWh French market."

Loïc Caperan, Chief Operating Officer, Customer Branch
