The Green Tour

In Clermont-Ferrand, ERDF has introduced the "Tournée verte" (the "Green Tour"). During their daily round, the technicians travel to their clients’ premises using the tram instead of the car. Project spokesmen Sébastien Lassauze and Bernard Chanet present the benefits of this project which include more appointments, more satisfied clients, less stress and less CO₂!
